“Ne, Deidara-chan, are we gonna go to the festival or not?” You asked, gently sliding your brush through your hair. It was late Autumn, and the village was throwing a Halloween festival. No doubt there was going to be people dressed up in costumes and treats all over the the place. It was Halloween, after all.
“Hush, hm. I’ve already told you that we’re going.” Deidara slid a dark green shirt over his head and glared at you. He was the one who offered to take you. Oh well, he was just glad you hadn’t forgotten.
You strode over to your boyfriend and pecked him on the cheek, successfully turning him a shade of pink. “Love you Dei.~” You cooed. He merely scoffed. “Just grab whatever you need and let’s go already, hm.”
***
The village streets had been beautifully lined with orange and black paper lanterns. People wore masks, and small children ran around giggling. It wasn’t dark yet, but it was going to be soon. So far, you and Deidara had visited multiple booths set up.
Somehow, you had convinced him to buy Dango, even though he hated it. The sweet treat reminded the boy of Itachi too much, but, you had manages to break him with a “get over yourself”. Another booth you two had visited sold small metal trinkets. Ones commonly placed on necklaces and bracelets. Deidara had secretly bought a small necklace with an orange pumpkin on it, slyly coming up behind you and draping it over your head and around your neck.
He was such a sweetheart by nature, but at times, he had his bad sides. Or rather, jealous sides.
“Deidara, look!” You half shouted, pointing to small booth where a boy with dark hair sat on a stool, painting something. You dragged Deidara over to the stand and looked around. Beautiful black and white paintings hung around the area. Some of small animals of the sort, others of actual people. The boy looked up at you and smiled.
“Can I help you?”
You returned his smile and picked up a small painting of a bird. “These are beautiful… Are they for sale?” The pale boy frowned slightly. “I...Um…”
“Oh! I understand if not!” You set the painting back down and wove Deidara’s hand in yours. You smiled sadly and turned to leave, but the boy’s voice stopped you.
“U-Um… I’d hate to let you leave here disappointed,” He stood and took your free hand in between the both of his. “So how about I… Do a painting just for you?” The boy smiled and tilted his head slightly, eyes closed. That was very kind of him.
“O-Oh no, please, it’s fine! You really don’t have to…!”
“But beauty such as yours deserves to be preserved forever.”
You blushed, but at that moment, you could have swore…
You felt Deidara’s hand tighten in yours.
***
“Deidara… Look how beautiful it is…” You murmured, sliding the portrait of yourself halfway out of your hand bag. He simply grunted in response. “It’s alright… I guess, hm.” Deidara gave you a sideways glance, suddenly pulling you along with him as he darted down the road. “D-Deidara! Deidara slow down! Where are we going?!”
Your words called out to him, but he didn’t seem notice. Either that, or he just didn’t care. Your painting almost fell out of your bag and he dragged you along the streets. “Deidara!” With a sharp movement of your arm, you freed your wrist from his grasp.
“What the heck?!” You shouted, bag clutched to your chest as you attempted to regain your breath.
“We’re going home, hm.”
Your mouth hung open slightly as you took step back. “But we just got here… And it’s not even dark yet! That’s when all the fun stuff starts happening!” You gripped your bag even tighter, your hands clutching where the sides of the painting was. You loved him, but he sure was an asshole at times.
“Ya’ know, you’ve been acting strange ever since we stopped by that booth! What’s your problem?!”
He stopped walking.
Did you say something wrong…?
Deidara shoved his hands in his pockets, but still refused to turn around. “I don’t…” He couldn’t seem to find the words. “I just don’t like it when other guys flirt with you, hm…”
He barely had enough time to react as you ran up and hugged him from behind, nose taking in the fresh scent of lavender. He had obviously washed his shirt.
“Dei… You know I love you, and only you, right?” You murmured into his back. Deidara tensed, but soon relaxed into your warm embrace. Letting go slightly to allow him to turn around, you smiled as he returned your hug. You could hear as a couple walked by and mumbled things like “aw” and “cute”. It kind of made your heart flutter a bit
“I know…” He whispered into your ear. “I worry, hm. That’s all…” Deidara stood back and held onto your shoulders. He soon leaned in, pecking you on the nose. You smiled and grabbed his hand, you dashing down the road this time.
“Let’s go home, I’ll let you make a sculpture of me when we get there, if you want.” He smirked.
“Deal, but you’re going to have to let me capture all of your beauty, hm!”
Not really sure what you meant, you nodded your head and agreed. “Sure!”
Deidara’s next comment threw you off a bit though.
“Every inch of it.”

Modern Hidan X Reader - Jealousy
It had been when you’d first started high school that you’d had the displeasure of meeting Hidan. You’d literally bumped- well, actually the two of you never had come to an agreement over who bumped into whom.
“^^:D!” The kid with white hair and purple eyes shouted out as he basically fell into you. It wasn’t the most comfortable position for you, or him you guessed, as he took his time regaining his balance. He started yelling at you when he was done with that.
“You could watch where you’re ^^:D going!” He paused in his ranting thankfully when you held up the map you’d been starin
